Natalie Mayse, DNP-PMHNP-BC

I have always been deeply drawn to the complexities of the human mind and the ways people grow, adapt, and heal. That passion has shaped every step of my education and clinical journey.
Education & Training
-
I began my academic path in 2016 at Whitworth University, where I double‑minored in psychology and sociology while completing my nursing prerequisites.
-
I went on to earn my BSN starting in 2018 at Washington State University, focusing my clinical work on mental health populations.
-
I continued directly into the Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) program at WSU in 2020, completing my degree in 2024.
Clinical Experience
My experience spans a wide range of settings and populations, allowing me to understand mental health across the lifespan and across levels of care:
-
Respite homes
-
Youth behavioral rehabilitation
-
Correctional facilities
-
Outpatient mental health clinics, working with individuals of all ages
This diverse background has shaped a grounded, compassionate, and practical approach to psychiatric care.
My approach to medication management is simple and intentional: I believe in using the least amount of medication necessary to achieve the most effective outcome.
My role is to guide, support, and educate — while you remain the leader of your own journey.
Together, we will work towards helping you become the version of yourself you want to grow into.
